Terrible service and its a buffet, how does that happen??? Also we were allowed 10 pieces of crab per customer. My wife got a plate and so did I, I decided I didn't want all of mine and they tried to charge my wife for eating the rest.. We were treated very very poorly. Asked for a manager because the ladies could not speak English.. They did not bring us anyone and after having a discussion with the lady she gave in and we were charged the regular amount... WE WILL NEVER GO BACK...

Below average Chinese Buffet. Not much food variety, the buffet is full of super sweet sauced meats and seafood smothered in cheddar cheese. The atmosphere is dark, stuffy and blah. Staff was very nice and friendly. The customer service is the reason for the extra star.

Went in the day before Christmas (today), and decided to pig out. While I was there I wanted to take a picture to make a joke on facebook about how I'm eating Chinese food around Christmas. Not a great joke mind you, but I was bored. Upon taking the picture and sitting down to eat my plate, the waitress comes up to me to ask me if I took a picture. I said yes I did. She then tells me to not take pictures. I told her I wasn't trying to steal their menu or open up a Chinese restaurant, I just wanted a picture. Once again, she told me not to take pictures. So i sat and uploaded the picture in front of her and they just kept hovering over me, making me uncomfortable, until I got up to leave. Never will I step foot in that shit hole again. It's a restaurant not the Pentagon. In case anyone is wondering, I posted the picture of the elusive Asian cuisine above. Merry Christmas.

My husband and I have eaten here three times since moving to the general area. My issue is not with the food but with the way we are treated when we enter. My husband is a disabled veteran with a service animal...a dog who assists him with his balance and alerts him to his dizzy spells because of a brain injury. The first time, the young man at the front desk asked if it was a service dog. Yes, ok, no issue We were seated...in the very back. Next visit, my husband was questioned quite rudely. They seemed to be satisfied and we were seated..again in the very back. I thought then that we wouldn't return but this evening, my husband wanted to eat there and give it one more shot as he likes the food. Tonight was it for me. The young man was rude and questioned my husband three times if it was a service dog and where was the dogs license? I informed him..the dog didn't need any license legally. It was a service dog and legally he needed to allow the dog. At this point, we weren't leaving. Finally, we were seated..again in the back where they evidently try to hide the dog. The server was very sweet and attentive in our hiding place. The food is pretty good and a good price but we will not return. My husband doesnt deserve to be treated like he is doing anything wrong. Restaurant employees need to be trained in the laws surrounding service animals.

Went for the first time last evening and was pleasantly surprised at the selection and quality of the food on the buffet. While it is an older restaurant and not the most fancy atmosphere, the food was hot and fresh and that's what I enjoyed! Definitely will be back with the family! Worth it!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
